If you’re on the Keto diet, and you’re sick and tired of the boring food that you’ve been eating, then you may want to try this fantastic Keto-friendly shake and bake chicken.

The Keto diet is a great way for weight loss. My wife and I, have been on the keto diet for several months now, and we feel terrific.

But it’s hard to find food that actually tastes good. Normally, you just keep using the same foods over and over again, and don’t have any variety or selection.

When you find a recipe that’s new and tastes great, you have to share it with other keto diet fans.

That’s what this article is all about today.

You have to give this recipe a try; it’s amazing. I would eat this keto shake and bake chicken even if I wasn’t on the keto diet, it’s that good. In fact, we make it for our entire family.

Another great thing about this recipe is that it’s super easy to make.

We went to the store and purchased some chicken drums, or we also used chicken breasts. We created the shake and bake mix in a large freezer bag, and then threw in the chicken and gave it a shake.

For even more convivence, you can make the shake and bake mixture in bulk and store it in an air-tight container like an OXO container. This way, you can make shake and bake chicken legs, breasts, or even nuggets whenever you want it.

That was all there was to it.

We threw it in the oven on a baking sheet for 50 minutes and bang! Dinner is served. You could also make a nice keto-friendly dipping sauce as well.

Bonus tip.

I love using The MeatStick when cooking chicken because this smart thermometer helps me cook perfect chicken every time. Normally, my chicken would always be dry and disgusting. Now, using The MeatStick, my chicken is juicy and delicious every time.

I actually did a full review on The MeatStick here.

It’s a kitchen gadget that you absolutely need today!

I love this recipe, and I’m confident that you’ll love it as well.
