The other day, I was reading a story that got my attention.
It’s the story of Dianne Gordons. Dianne didn’t own a car and would walk 2.8 miles to work every day.
One day on her way to work, she noticed a package that contained almost $15,000 in cash. She could have easily taken the money and used it to purchase a car to see her grandkids more. But that’s not what Dianne Gordons did.
She called the police so that they could track down the owner of the money. The owners were newlyweds that lost the money on their wedding day. The money was with a pile of cards that were given to the couple as wedding gifts.

Dianne said she never even thought about keeping the money.
“It wasn’t hers to keep,” she said.
The wife of the police officer decided to set up a GOFUNDME page for Dianne to thank her for her honesty and kindness. This GOFUNDME page raised over $80,000.
Dianne purchased a new car and still has money left over.

It’s always a better investment to be kind and honest with others.
Take a moment and share this page with friends and family so that Dianne’s message of kindness continues.

We really could use more kindness in our world today.
